How Direct Primary Care Works – Pricing, Benefits & Enrollment Info

Thank you for your interest in Osteopathic Healing Arts! We are a Direct Primary Care practice which means our patients pay a monthly membership fee for their medical services. We do not accept or bill your insurance. We encourage our members to carry a low-premium plan for catastrophic events or to participate in a health sharing organization, such as Liberty HealthShare, that may reimburse a percentage of your membership fees and other services. Below, you will find more information about what is included in membership, our member fees and additional costs.
What are the benefits of membership in our practice?

What is included in your monthly fee?
- Office visits
- Tele-health visits

Are there any additional fees for members?
- Osteopathic Treatment – $60 per 30-min session (some insurance companies may reimburse)
- IV Therapy – Prices Vary
- Specialty Lab Testing – Prices Vary
- HCG Weight-loss Account – Six-month up-front membership fees based on age plus $125 per round of HCG
- Allergy Testing – $8 per unit (some insurance companies may reimburse)
- Allergy Treatment – $12 per unit (some insurance companies may reimburse)
- Allergy Management Only Account (Treatment with Wendy Reed) – $45/month plus testing & treatment
What is the cost for monthly membership?
- Ages 00-19 – $50 ($35 if there is at least one adult on the acct)
- Ages 20-39 – $70
- Ages 40-59 – $100
- Ages 60++ – $130
Family Rate: 2 adults & 2 children – $185 per month – add $25 per month for each additional child in the family

Our members enroll online through a special link only we can provide. We maintain a credit card on file for each member/family that is be billed on the 1st day of every month. Members can dis-enroll at any time, but if we’re notified less than 30 days before the next regular payment, the member payment, as well as any balance on your account will still be due. In addition, there may be a fee to re-enroll if former members decide to rejoin our practice, except in certain circumstances with approval from the provider.
